刘文娟，女，1995年2月生，陕西延安，群众，讲师，理学博士，主要从事偏微分方程理论及其应用的研究工作，参与国家自然科学基金项目2项。2013-2017年在西北大学数学与应用数学专业获理学学士学位，2017-2025年在西北大学基础数学专业获理学博士学位。
